This is the second time in a row I’ve been to this location and yes they have great chicken, but this is also they got my order wrong and I’m glad I checked it before leaving the parking lot! When I took the orders both time back inside they admitted to being wrong but instead of asking if we wanted to keep it to eat it, they simply walked over to the trash can and threw it away. It disgust me to think about how much food they waste daily with the long lines and how many mistakes they are making. The first order they gave me a load of chicken livers and French French fries. The second time they gave us a seven piece tender and looked like a big size of fries and a roll.

I love love love chicken express and will stop for sweet tea every chance i get; which you can get for only a dollar BTW.As far as fast food goes chicken express is relatively cheap without compromise on the quality of your meal.This location currently doesn't have their lobby open to the public, and hasn't had it open in quite some time. I do miss being able to sit inside and eat at one of those booths.I'd highly recommend the Snack Pack with Pickle slices, it's a perfect meal portion for one.One last thing, if you're a sweet tea fanatic then Chicken express will rock your world once you learn that you can buy their tea by the gallon.Kid-friendliness: There's a small kids menu with kid safe options like Mac n cheese or French fries as great side options, and the chicken can be ordered with or without bones depending on your preferences.

cold stale chicken hours old dry. not open till 10pm as posted on doors. so that you take the old cold STALE chicken back to the counter.. you go thru the drive tru and dont know just how nasty the food is. we will never go back to this nasty stale place. Aweful place. No receipts given. That should have been a clue. bad Management bad owner.

Everything to clean and prompt. I love all the new sauces and food is always great. The chicken dippin sauce is 10/10 would recommend. I got to meet the new manager and the host was great too!
