Excellent place, clean and with first class service The option of being able to order freshly cooked chicken is something that not all places give you and while you wait they inform you how much time is left and always with courtesy. The person who assisted me with a positive and polite attitude was Mister, a short African American, I hope you value him as I value him for his service and courtesy. I give all the staff on that shift 5 stars.

I ordered delivery direct through their website, and about half my meal was wrong, and the door dasher forgot our drinks. So I called, but said they couldn't do anything about it unless I brought the entire order in. So, I made my way there to fix the order, and the people there were really nice. They made the sandwich correctly and gave me the chicken I was missing, and gave me brand new drinks instead of the watered down ones. They tried to do right by me, but when I got home, I realized I was *still* missing the iced biscuits. They're so nice, so I don't want to give them a 1 star, because the food is still good. Just, make sure to go in - don't do delivery. Edit: I just realized my Mac n cheese was never in the order either. Man, what a day.
You can't pick up your mobile order at the window you have to go inside??? They don't make you show them proof of your order? They just make you get out and go in to pick it up? So much for the convenience of mobile ordering!
