Tried the Gilmer location for the first time last night (normally we go to Kilgore). There were 7 staff members in the kitchen, and not a single one acknowledged me (but all saw me and walked past me at the counter) for close to 5 minutes. When I was about to say forget it and leave, one acknowledged me. There was another lady who was in there before me who spoke up and said she sat down because she was never acknowledged either. walk in to get your order and say hello good afternoon but get completely ignored lol 1st and last time for me at the Gilmer, TX store.
i ordered the tots which I order all the time and it wasn't even half full buyer beware I was told this is the new normal...
