The worst customer service I've ever experienced I ordered delivery jus to have to call the store 2 hours later just to find out they have no drivers they totally inconvenienced my family now I have to wait 3- business days to get my money back I'll never do business with dominoes again

Upon my FINAL visit, it was my 3rd consecutive, I noticed that NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD ON GLOVES (Food Handling 101), I probably could have gotten better service panhandling, and the atmosphere was very drab. I'm just glad that the food was not for me. In an empty store, I waited 2 to 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Never been much of a fan anyway, just thought you might want to know your employees in that particular store are not amicable in any way.We now resume our regularly scheduled program already in progress...
The Food is mediocre for the price. The Service is a little slow. The Ambiance was nice. Though I've never had time to dine in.

OMG ! I ordered a thin crust 14' hamburger/banana peppers pizza and when I tell you it was hard and dry. It had no moisture no sauce on it. It had very (VERY) few meat on it. It was like eating thin dry bread with very little cheese on it. I thought little cesser was bad. This was the worst pizza I've ever ordered. I didn't notice it until I got home . I opened it and said what the hell. My husband was like I told you to order pizza hut. I've ordered Domino's before and it was good, but who ever was the cook at the one off estess parkway last night Jan 20th - don't need to be cooking. There was other people orders I saw on the oven that was burnt and I know there's was dry as well. No more for me.. if I could post my pic I would ..

Wasn't sure the place was even open. Dark parking lot and the Domino's sign was off. Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese and extra sauce on both. Neither pizza had extra cheese or sauce, but I was charged for it. Frozen pizzas would have been better, but I didn't have access to an oven.

Requested delivery. Initially estimated 25 minutes when ordering . checked order it was 85 minutes. Called to pick it up. The sign was not lit so it looks like the store was closed. Employees are just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Customer service was horrible along with the pizza. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint.

Placed an order for delivery at 7:10pm and checked app to see status at 8:00pm and still said prepping. Called and was on hold for 15 minutes before call was hung up trying to switch it to carry out to save myself time. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Hands down the worst store I’ve ordered through.

I love this place I always order online and the orders are always right the drivers are always friendly and if I do have a problem I call the store and then immediately fix it at no charge this is by far the one of the best Domino's I have ever experienced in my life keep up the good work and I definitely suggest that you buy from this Domino's

Out of town in Longview. Overpriced - took an hour for delivery - my order was totally screwed up. Waited 10 minutes on hold when I called. I should have known. Their reviews were bad. That's on me.

We order delivery around every other week & the orders always correct, quick & hot. Drivers are always friendly and good to text. Only problem I've had is the GPS directions aren't accurate and I just type in a note on my order & take care of that.

Ordered two pizzas with alternate sauce and parmesan Asiago for the one topping. Pizzas came out with only the parmesan on them - no sauce and no mozzarella. Based on the ticket printout, it's pretty clear how the assembly went pear-shaped. Manager on duty stated that the sauce must have "dried up" but offered to remake one since I had to leave the other one for the hungry kids to manage. Held my tongue (there wasn't even a stain of red on the pie that I pulled apart for him) and agreed to have a remake. Got replacement pizza and was edible but still 3 of the 8 pieces had almost no cheese. No dough management from the oven staff during the cook and obvious skimping on the groceries.My local Domino's does a stellar job of churning out consistently great pizzas, so I don't know if there's a process issue, an equipment issue, or just an overall training issue, but these guys really need some help from district management if they're going to climb out of this hole. This coming from a former Domino's employee. Pics are of the remake and the original.
