If I could give them no stars and write a review I would. Placed my order at 5:43 said my order was out for delivery at 6:21. The time is now 6:54 while I’m writing this and still no order.
UPDATE TIME IS NOW 6:58 and I called the store and was told my order is just now coming out the oven. What a joke.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a doordash order that went to the wrong address and then never arrived. The store called me after an hour of trying to get my order and said, “is this __, would you like to cancel your order, and i replyed that yes i would and i would like a refund, snd the lady on the other end of the phone huffed and said that that is how canceling works, and hung up. I never got my food, and i will never order from this dominos again

Ordered for pickup Order was not ready on time. 20 minutes late. No seasoning on the crust. Pizza was not cut. No garlic sauce in included that was paid for. Would not answer the phone. I'll go with my first instinct next time and order from Papa John's.

Used the drive thru and sat there for like 6 minutes while two employees stood in front of the window talking. (They def saw us sitting there) which I wouldn't have minded if they had been discussing work stuff because I get it, but from what I could hear after the window was open they were just shit talking another employee (i don't remember the name but I think it started with a D and it was a guys name) the lady doing the crap talking was I think named Ally but I'm not 100% because I heard it called from the back. Maybe I'm being dramatic but, it's rude enough to leave people waiting so you can yap, but to also look annoyed that she had to hand us our food was insane. And the stuff they were saying was just foul (I won't be providing details as idk what he may consider prviate and I feel bad for him)

Their parmesian stuffed crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, & pineapple is absolutely THE best! I ordered in person, & although they were swamped & short handed, they were courteous and friendly. I will definitely go to there again!

It's been about 15 years since I had a Domino's pizza, so the other day I thought why not. Well I should have skipped that thought, because the pizza was just not good. No sauce and no flavor, what a shame. Growing up Domino's was my favorite, not sure what happened though!!!
