“Best kolach in town!!!!Went in today and picked up 2 boudin kolaches, 2 sausage egg n cheese kolaches, 1 dozen donut holes and 2 large pig kolaches for the family.Everyone was happy with their food.This little hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop restaurant has a ton of different items. Donuts, kolaches, burritos, croissants and so much more. If you can't find something for yourself then you're probably the problem because there's just way too many items to pick from.“

“I buy Apple fritters a lot… too much. So far, the donut palace is my choice in Longview. I note that sometimes the $1.95 + tax total varies - bring coins with you. Combined govt taxes are 8.25% for a $2.11 per fritter purchase. I usually give $2.25.“

“We ordered 3 dozen different style of donuts from here to be delivered to a Hilton Hotel we were going to stay at. They use a 3rd party delivery service. The person delivering left the donuts at the back door instead of going in the front door, and dropping off at the front desk. It was 71 degrees that day. By the time the staff noticed they were there it was too late. Most of the frosting had melted off the donuts. What a major bummer. By the time we checked in at 330pm Shipley's was closed as they closed at noon. So we couldn't even call to let them know what happened. They hopefully will no longer use the idiot who made a delivery for them to the back door of a hotel. Who delivers to the back door of any hotel? I blame the delivery company for this happening.“
