Coffee and drinks are great! Never had any real issues or complaints besides that customer service is really hit or miss these days. They used to have the sweetest baristas and now idkk no one seems like they really like their job.

I feel the customer service needs to be worked on slightly. The cashier seemed less than enthused to inform me about the menu. I wanted to stay but left instead... it was packed so perhaps the ladies were just tired.

Though, I will say the coffee has improved! ♡

Cute little coffee shop, service was terrible though. The people there didn't even look up from their phones or greeted us when we walked in and were more worried about holding up the counter than serving us. Coffee was okay but the burritos were bad and too greasy

Drinks are always phenomenal. However, the last couple of times I’ve visited, the staff has not been very friendly at all. Short and snippy. I felt unwelcome.

I’m sorry but the girl with the short hair and it’s kind of red is rude. She always is when I go in there. She answers questions so short doesn’t smile and is just so rude. I don’t go in there because I dread receiving my tea from her because she is so uninterested and doesn’t seem to like people. Today I paid out for my tea in cash and before I could even completely finish looking for the last penny I owed her she gave no time to ask for it. Like yes I have a Penny to complete my purchase but no need to rush me for a cent. she just always comes off rude. Just done coming here period.
