The drink I got was good, don’t recall the name but it was Tiger Milk tea boba or something. However, I accidentally told the server a different kind of drink when she asked what boba I wanted (my mistake, I didn’t realize I named another drink instantly of the type of boba) but she wasn’t very friendly about it and she said something along the lines of, “That’s a different drink what boba do you want” and she kind of looked at me like I was stupid and my sister ended up telling her the boba I meant to say because I didn’t remember the name of it. No one welcomed me in and I work at a place where customer service is very important, we welcome every customer in and acknowledge them. I gave the benefit of the doubt like maybe they didn’t see me come in but when I went up to order the woman taking the order continued her conversation with another coworker and finished it while I stood there. After she took my order, I gave her $8 when she told me my total was $6 and some cents. (again my bad I thought I only gave her $7) instead of her just saying I gave her a dollar extra she exclaimed, “Out of 8?” Not in a very nice tone. Kind of made me feel stupid for making a small mistake instead of her just giving me the dollar back. I don’t usually give low reviews but customer service there needs to be worked on a lot. Sometimes customers don’t always know everything and the workers there should be aware of that and provide a welcoming and friendly environment and also an environment where people don’t feel like they’re stupid. I work very hard at my job and give a lot of good energy even on days I don’t necessarily want to work and I honestly expect the same from other places as well.

Very cute coffee shop! I needed to work at a coffee shop for a couple of hours and chose this one. I'll definitely be back. I got a tiger milk tea with boba and it was so good! The croffle was delicious as well. Employees were kind. Fast wifi and really quiet environment for working.

20/10 recommend! Soooo good! I am from out of town, and don't really care for chain coffee shops. I looked up a local place, and got the Tiger coffee. It was amazing, not only was it so good, it was reasonably priced. If you are thinking about it or wanting to check out a new coffee spot, THIS. IS. IT ♡

I grab my coffee and a ham croffle, every morning from here on my way to work! The staff is super friendly and super helpful, and never have any issues! I love their caramel frappes and their Boba teas. I definitely recommend everyone give them a try!

Great place. Fun options. Occasionally inconsistent drinks but basically always really good. I wish the rewards system was a little easier to use for someone like me to will order ahead and pick up quick on my way somewhere. I have probably 6 free drinks but have to stop there and order in person to use it. I'm happy to have a reward but wish it fit the normal way I use the pick up order options. Love this place though, they always have fun flavor combo ideas and fresh coffee. Boba too has always been good, none of that cheap flavoring stuff I've had elsewhere. Milk free options too! Desserts have always been lovely but we usually go for drinks that please even the pickiest family members in one spot.

Dietary restrictions: They are AWESOME about allergen caution and have alternatives for some major allergens. I've never had a reaction here and staff have always been able to explain what is safe vs what to avoid for my lengthy list of scary level allergens. Thank you

Coffee was terrible, very noisy, not very welcoming…

My wife loves their caramel frappe and prefers it over McDonald's and Starbucks etc. I love their strawberry banana smoothie. This is a very nice place.

Evergreen…please improve on your matcha! This is way too sweet for matcha and the color is terrible. Some people are actually looking for legit matcha. Sadly I could not finish this drink. If sweet matcha is your thing, you will like this.
