I drove an hour to get dinner at this particular Jimmy John's because I really wanted a Club Lulu and a whole pickle along with a bucket of pickles (no I'm not pregnant, yes I am addicted to their pickles).I did check online before making the drive. The Google site showed that they stayed open until 10pm and that that information was confirmed a week ago. So, we all jump in the truck (gas costs an arm and a leg, 2 horses, and a mule right now) and head over, we pulled up to an empty building. Don't make the trip to this Jimmy John's, it's CLOSED! I included a picture.

First time customer today! Mark made my “Reuben” sandwich and it was AMAZING!!! Met the Mgr but forgot her name. She Treated my dad like family and was very personable. I will be back!

Today was my first experience with a Jimmy John's sandwich and I must say... WOW. Subway has forever lost my business for a cold sandwich. This was literally the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. When i first bit into this sandwich I was amazed that I was able to fall in love with a sandwich before a human being. It was so good I forgot to use my ranch before the last 2 bites and my good lord it even the ranch was insanely good. Jimmy John's is the best thing I've came across since flying cars. It even arrived at my door 15 mins after ordering. Must have been using the flying cars. Thanks JIMMY.

Orders are usually wrong and even when you pay extra for something it doesn’t usually make it on the sandwich. Today I added avocado to a BLT. There wasn’t even 1/2 teaspoon on the sandwich.

Great location! Staff is super friendly especially Cayleb. He made a great sandwich suggestion and I will be back again!

This place is overpriced and tastes awful. I ordered a 16” #16 lulu. I did add avacado at an extra $2 and cheese at an added $1.50. Not a problem. I get home and take a bit into something I could have slapped together at home (mostly mayanese taste). I was informed the avacado was put on the cheese (I asked because I couldn’t find it). When I found the avacado it was such a small amount ( maybe a teaspoon if even that) that you’d never even taste it. $18.67 for a sandwich I could’ve made better at home if I’d had the time. I WON’T be back. One star is too much

They advertise as being "freaky fast" and let me tell you, they are. I didn't even finish filling up my drink and they were already done making my food. Employees seem to like working together, so that's always a cool environment to be in. I like all the cool and funny things to read on the walls, even in the bathroom! Store is always clean and smells great. Food is very tasty and filling, and I live for the kettle cooked chips. Far and away my favorite sandwich shop in Longview. Will eat here again.
