I have never in my life had a bad experience at McAlister’s, I typically eat here at least once a week! Don’t even get me started on the sweet tea( literally the best drink known to man) you won’t catch me with out a tea pass! And starting this year I will always have a tea on me!!

I usually have a very pleasant experience here but today I sat with an empty cup for a good minute without a refill something I've never had to do even while they're busy and haven't been checked on once
I didn't even get my brownie from the start
