The general manager reached out to me about this matter, although I was unavailable, I appreciate the concern. They said they spoke with the staff about this matter so it won't happen again. They also sent reward points, which equates to a meal. While I wasn't hurt, I just want people to be aware..it doesn't matter what restaurant it is.

Everything about my visits is always phenomenal. The staff is always in a great mood and goes out of their way to make your meal enjoyable. The food and sweet tea always hits the spot. 💜🖤💜

I got a Reuben that was the size of a Ritz cracker. Lol
Also, my potato was way over cooked; it was crispy...not good for a baked potato. :/
I'll probably go to Jason's Deli next time.
