To quote my wife: “This is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in ten years.” It’s nicely designed. The staff were courteous. The surrounding trees are lovely. The restrooms are very clean.

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in almost 2 years. This one was special...clean, friendly service, the specific things I asked for in my drink were perfectly provided.
If i just *have* to eat at mickey D's like I did this time, I hope it's a standard bearer like this one was.

Im just gonna make it easy and say Everytime I have been there whether it is for me or a friend, they always make it so hard to be polite, they act like they have no clue what is going on, I have been told multiple times I’ve been that “oh they might have it at the second window” or “pull up to the third window” I’m tired of it, I never have issues at either loop locations or the 80 location. Service is the main thing and after that I don’t think anything of the food when I get it because I’m still frustrated at the McDonald crew

Went thru drive thru. Oh my goodness, they usually good up there but this day the workers were agitated. They missed stuff in my bag so I sent my son in there and I waited by the door then the girl in the window rudely wanted me to go wait round the corner like they wasn't already a problem. Focus and good attitude was horrible this day. They also need to keep they drink machine changed. Sometime drink taste flat and sour that's gross

This is the best McDonald’s in Longview TX! All the other McDonald’s made me wait 5-10 minutes and pull up for my order! This one had me in and out in 2 minutes (yes, I counted)! This McDonald’s is goated and right off I-20 hwy.

I’m confused why there are two drive-thru lanes if the outside lane isn’t served until several cars go through the other side. I waited quite a while with no order taken. Clearer lane management would really help.

Got a Quarter pounder at like 1:30-2:00pm and waited on it like 15 minutes which is fine but the burger came medium rare and blood was dripping out of it cool to the touch, it didn’t taste bad, I did not notice until my last two bites because of work. Make sure ya burgers are cooked. Cookies i got were delicious as always.
