girlfriend brought me food for my lunch break, i wanted a plain double cheeseburger, the receipt says plain, i grab the burger and it says “only ketchup, only mustard” this location is a hit or miss, they either have your order right, or they have it wrong and most the time they have it wrong.

Second chance I give this fast food. Last time they gave me a wrong order. Today we went and they forgot my cheeseburger, I went inside to not cause other people to wait in the drive thru and the cashier was trying to help me but the person in charge of the burgers was mad. She told the supervisor that she asked me if I had everything and I said “yes”. The supervisor gave me the burger without apologizing or telling the employee to calm down. I told them that I only needed the sandwich, no need to be rude for that. Last time I buy here, for sure.

First, I had to wait at least 5 minutes to be helped by an employee to take my order. Then AFTER I paid at the window, I went to the second window to get my food and they tried to tell me that I didn’t pay for my food when I just did. And lastly once I finally had my food, there was no ketchup like I asked, and the fries were unsalted like zero amount of salt. Will definitely not be coming back I would rather starve than go back to this location.

We had a mobil order for this morning around 5:30am. There was a Hispanic teen at the window that needs a serious attitude adjustment and a hard lesson in customer service. It's not just me, my husband and friends have had issues with him being rude. NOT OK TO DISRESPECT SOMEONE FOR NO REASON.

Silvia was rude an rolled her eyes at me when I told her the u can't hear her over drive thru speaker. I set there for ever . There is no sense in being rude cause I wasn't to her. An I ask was she a manager. An she just walked away. If tht how the managers act then there is no reason the have them

Like did I even get served Mc Donald's? I eaten there since I was a kid! like that store exactly, when it had a playground. But if your a 24 hr store and the burger at 2am can't taste like 2pm, why stay open?

I worked fast food for 13 years (never mc ds) and manage a good store, this is showing poor coaching on services fresh after after 10! BURGER DONT TASTE LIKE THAT!!!!

Placed an order on the app to pick-up. We wanted to eat before the Balloon festival. We ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and 3 French Fries. We didn't not arrive until after the pick up time. No one would help ANY customers standing in line. I waited for over 30 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me, even though me and the LINE of people behind me tried getting their attention numerous times. As I waited I watched them remove our burgers from the bag 3 times to fill drive thru orders that arrived after me. People in line started walking out and leaving. The girl working the front was hiding by the drink machine in the drive thru until the manager showed up and started asking why my order was so far behind. I was finally able to get our food which was gross because our fries had sat in the bag that whole time. This store is always like this. This was the last straw. I have been in here before when the employees were arguing with an elderly couple because the employee was refusing to take their order and told them they don't take orders at the counter anymore to use one of the kiosk. Hopefully, I can get through to corporate, but I doubt they will do anything. All they hire is trashy people who act like customers are bothering them.
