Horrible came through drive-thru got charged for someone else's meal my bank account is completely in the overdraft which McDonald's has caused they refuse to help or even answer their phone their manager Liliana whatever she is rude as hell she laughs at her customers which make her a paycheck by the way doesn't even want to help fix and resolve this issue and steal my money from me instead I am filing a report with BBB as well looking into a lawyer for help!

This McDonald's has a really nice property, but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE everytime they are short staffed and the walk in customers pay the price with wrong orders and nasty attitudes from the staff.

Seeing that this McDonald's is off of the interstate, you would think that the workers would be well trained to do their job efficiently, since they are a very visited spot by travelers. Every time I have visited their establishment fries are soggy, Dr. Pepper/Coke are always sweet and the afternoon crew seems not to care one bit. McDonalds has now an app for points that can be redeemed, but every time we try it at this McDonalds it never works, so I am guessing the workers don't know how to work that system which is very annoying. I don't get how McDonalds keeps people around that seem to hate their job.

Rude people that took my order, I felt super rushed and they gave my food to someone else so I had to wait also let some lady that got her wrong order too cut in the car window and walk up right in front of me, I will never be back!!

Terra was the young lady who took our order through the Drive- Through and she was very prompt when we got to the drive through speaker, she was very friendly, cheerful and repeated our order to be sure it was right. An overall great experience. We asked the Manager to get her for us so we could personally tell Terra what a great experience we had just by having someone very polite! The manager heard us as did other employees. If you want a great employee who is cheerful and polite and works the morning shift just go through the inside lane at the McDonalds on Estes PKWY! You will likely get Terra! :)Way to Go Girl!

You order on the app and they don’t get the money so when they mess up the order they do not fix it! The manager just looks at you like you are d*** but I have never heard of this.

Don’t use the app. They always brag about how “convenient” it is. That’s all well and good but if you have a kitchen staff who can’t get an order correct to save their lives, kind of defeats the purpose. Don’t waste your time here unless you want your order incorrect every time

I ordered a pretty large meal. The lady who took my order was very kind, and patient as I was trying to get it all together.The meal came out hot and fresh, and although I had to pull up to wait, the employee who brought it out was very also kind.They are doing an excellent job serving the community.

I was rudely told I was at the wrong window, they were working on my order. I pulled down. I was handed a small vanilla shake and told ty while she was shutting the window. I had ordered a QP combo and a chocolate shake. After a wait, I got the food and a new shake. It was still vanilla!!!
