I came in here for the first time and I don't think I will ever come back.
I came around lunchtime to try some warm Pho on a cold day, and I was greeted by a 76-degree room temperature that made it oddly uncomfortable to dine in. However, I stuck it out since I saw an elderly lady running the restaurant by herself.
I ordered the combination Pho, and it took a normal amount of time to come out. HOWEVER, this is where things just go downhill.
The Pho comes out with a small plate of fixings to go along, and I can already tell that the fixings are quite old. it is an average sized bowl, but the meat to noodle ratio was VERY lacking. I then had to get up and go around to other tables to get certain dressings and fixings; this wasn't bad but it's just another thing that added onto my already bad experience.
I then got up and asked the lady if she had any chopsticks, she then replied in the smuggest and annoyed tone saying that there were NONE. In my mind, I was thinking what type of establishment that sells noodles not have chopsticks?
The only reason why I'm not giving this place a 1-star review is because of how cheap the Pho was. However, I cannot agree that I got the experience that I paid for.
I don't if I got unlucky and came in on a bad day, but my experience was so bad that I will not be going back for a second chance.

She's rude, she kept leaving instead of giving great customer service.. i should have then.Outdated software. Threw the food in the trash. Try to turn the rudeness into a positive but no. She was nasty about 3 pennies, that's 3 cents.. i heard the wrong total, and the look on her face was total disgust, I said I aplogize I misunderstood i have the 3 cents in my car...

Food is so good. I’ve been coming here for years. You can ask them to tweak a dish if you don’t like something in it or add if desired. The owner and her sister are happy to accommodate. Healthy options plentiful.

The best pho broth I’ve tasted in Longview & the kindest owner/chef I’ve ever met. She makes everything fresh to order. We recommend any of the noodle soups, chicken curry & grilled pork vermicelli bowl. Also, I may be bias but you should always add an iced jasmine tea to go. So fresh. We will be back!

The food was delicious and fresh. The owner is a sweet older lady who preps everything herself and she is the nicest lady. This is the best pho I’ve had in Longview!!! Give them a try!

Excellent service, delicious food, wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We sat down, ordered our food and drinks, and they were out to us incredibly quickly. No complaints at all. Will definitely be coming back again.

This was definitely my first and last time eating here. I should have read the reviews before going. I love pho and was disappointed didn’t care for the smell the broth smelled off. And i ordered the spring rolls. The spring rolls smelled like vinegar a turn off. And. Not to mention the price was different not the price on the menu. They need to update that and super fast. I should have walked out when she gave me a different price from what was on the menu. It didn’t taste right to me at ALL IT END UP GOING TO THE TRASH..I wont be back!

This was my first time trying Vietnamese food. It was so good! I don’t remember the names of the dishes we ordered, but my husband had beef and I had pork. Both were very tasty. The downside is the lady is the only worker and if you’re ordering anything besides pho, be prepared to wait. The waiting is worth it though. I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. I would eat here again, but not when I’m in a hurry.

I was charged new price although it wasn't even on the menu yet
After trying pho at chain restaurants, this one is still my favorite and is the cheapest. You want a good bowl without breaking the bank then here is a good spot. Not to mention the lady running it is so nice!
I've been hearing about how yummy the Pho is at this place. It did not disappoint! It was only one person working at the time, but she completed our order faster than I expected. We ordered the chicken, shrimp, and beef pho. I would have preferred my meat on the side with the veggies as well as jalapenos, but over the taste was excellent! We will definitely be back and try some more of her dishes.
