Came here craving a good, hot, and comforting pho and got exactly what I wanted! The toppings are fresh & the broth is so flavorful. The lady working there is very sweet.

The food is consistently good but the store is sometimes closed several hours before the end of the states business hours. The attached photos are #22 (beef, chicken, shrimp stir fry) and #G (vegetarian fried rice). It is as good as it looks!

I can't remember being so disappointed. Ugh! Vegetarian spring rolls had tofu that tasted like fish. I ordered the lemongrass tofu in coconut milk. The tofu was ice cold on the inside and the only vegetables were mushy carrots. Again the tofu had a fishy taste. Just hoping I don't get sick. I've never posted anything negative about restaurants but steer clear of this place. Oh, my bill should have been $12. They put a COVID surcharge on each item pointing to a small piece of paper taped at register, so my bill came to $15.16!

Went in today to try it out. The place itself is on the run down side but sometimes that's where the best food comes from so we decided to still give it a try. There was only one other person eating in the store and the lady was just leaning on the counter seemingly annoyed when we came in. We sat down at a table with dirty menus and asked for waters to drink. Our waters were murky with dead flies and black spots floating, we did not drink them. We asked for spring rolls, they were just not good. We decided to leave after we heard our food being microwaved. The lady yelled at us after we got her attention to try and pay for the spring rolls and bought a soda as well so we could pay with card. We're not upset with the lady, we're sure she's doing the best she can but the food and service just wasn't what we were hoping. The prices are cheap so if you're daring, go for it!

Been coming here for over 12 years now. I have never been disappointed with the food or quality of service. I used to work in a Vietnamese restaurant in a different city and eat it on the road often. This place holds up.

Best Cafe Sua Da I've had in a long time and better than any flavored coffee found elsewhere in Longview!

I really love pho and there aren't too many options in the area but this place needs to close down. The older lady works by herself or with other older ladies and you can hear her turn on the microwave to heat your foodPlace needs a serious remodel or just start from scratch, dead bugs around seats on the floor and in between the seat, also a small spider was in my water. I like the lady but retire

Roach in drink. She's always rude but the food was usually worth it. The roach killed it for me.

The food was amazing. Price per meal is cheap. The restaurant is ran by a wonderful kind woman. The place really looks out dated. But the food makes up for it worth your time and money.

Ordered off the “vegetarian” menu. Was served fish cake instead of tofu. Looks to be a one person operation, but the person running the place seemed put out by me placing an order in an empty restaurant while they were playing games on their tablet. Multiple reviews note the food being microwaved and the portions being small for the price. They’re not wrong. Most importantly, though please just be honest and say you’re out of tofu. Being dishonest about what you’re serving people is at best unethical, at worst potentially life threatening.Vegetarian options: Ordered off the vegetarian menu but was served fish cakes trying to be passed off as tofu.
