Saltgrass Steak House

My family and I went to this restaurant for a good steak meal. The service was great, the atmosphere while a bit noisy was ok also. For the most part everyone had a great plate of delicious food. My plate however was missing half of what I ordered. I talked with the waiter and he let me see that he did indeed order all of the items. He checked the kitchen twice to no avail. So in the end those items were removed and he was given a good tip, all of this was not his fault.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Saltgrass Steak House in Longview, Texas. Tina was our waitress, and she provided superb service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

It’s always refreshing to have someone take such great care of their guests. Tina truly made our visit enjoyable, and we appreciate the excellent service she provided. We will definitely be back!

First time at salt grass and it was amazing!!! Steak was perfect!!!! Service was sooo good as well! Definitely recommend seeing and chatting Serena so sweet and answered all my questions I had with a smile on her face ! Highly recommend

Alicia was our server. She was amazing! My husband and I had been disappointed in other restaurants lately. We were sooo beyond happy with Saltgrass! The food, service, and atmosphere! 100% amazing!

Let me tell u I took my husband to this place for his birthday on Sunday February 15 ,and the waitress was rude ,my husband ordered the Texas tbone steak well done and it came out medium rare and his fries was overcooked,,me n him was mad as hell ,plus my chicken fried steak was salty and mashed potatoes was surpy,me and when I asked for a manager the waitress Christina that works behind the bar said was no manager working and then she slammed our bill on the table and rolled her eyes and she said we was not getting no refund after I asked to speak to a manager,never eating at this restaurant again,my husband did not have a good birthday because of this

We had a amazing sweet server named Mrs Tina. She was very delightful and her service was one of the best I've ever seen. Saltgrass is blessed to had her working there. We need more Mrs Tina in the world. The food was very good. It was truly a wonderful Valentines day dinner.

First time I've ever been to saltgrass. We made reservations for my husbands birthday and I'm sure glad we did because it was packed. I got the chicken fried steak with loaded mashed potatoes and let me tell u that thing was huge and so good. My husband got a ribeye steak blue rare and they actually cooked it exactly how he wanted it. We loved it. Yes it's not cheap so obviously we can't go all the time but for a nice date or occasion I was perfect 😉
