My steak was perfect, great meal great service. One person's meal in our group got cold food, within 5 minutes a fresh HOT plate was brought out. My first time there because i always heard how expensive it was. Found out it's really no more expensive than other steak houses. Thanks Landon, great job!

I love this place. The food is always great the management hasn't failed to come check on us during a visit. The old-fashioned is perfectly crafted with the proper ice every time.

The steaks were delicious! However, Our server was not in the best mood. Someone else came to refill our drinks. Maybe he thought we weren’t good tippers!

Where to begin, for a place that claims to have its roots in the Texas cattle industry they sure don’t know the difference between sirloin and a New York strip. I ordered the New York strip and received a sirloin full of fat and gristle and thin. I also ordered the grilled shrimp add on and every single shrimp had shell left on it, was over cooked but under cooked at the same time and all still had the veins. It was gamey and unpleasant. After paying over 50 dollars before tip, I can assure you this place will never receive my business again.

Saltgrass Longview and I were in the bunkers together in Vietnam. They saved my life and provided bacon wrapped quail for all the homies in our darkest times of the war. Marissa specifically was an absolute junkyard dawg and the integral piece of the puzzle to get us back home to our loved ones. She deserves a Nobel peace prize

We had Holly as our server, she was super nice and very sweet! The manager Jasmine stopped by to see if we were enjoying our meal and recommended the Mac and cheese, which was good.
