I always order online and pickup at the window. It's a hit or miss with customer service but let it be know at least once or twice a month get the same bitter old lady at the window. She is very rude and has attitude. It's just gives a bad experience at this location.

They always do a great job with my gluten free sandwich... The only thing is that since the gluten free buns are more dry and absorb the sauces that are put on the bun.. I recommend maybe just a tad bit more sauce ... Or next time I'll ask for some on the side! ? Thank you for never making me sick!!!

I had the pleasure of having schlotzkys munchies once. I got 2 giant originals and ate both of them in one sitting. This was like 3 years ago, best sandwich place in longview (at the time.)

My point being, this schlotzkis used to hit the spot. Nowadays, 3 years into the future - it's Crapola. I will still continue to go back, spending my $$ and desperately hoping they get more expensive ingredients and better management. I would recommend the one in Marshall...
