Smoothie King has a special and it includes a new cup. I placed my order and the lady asks do I want the cup. I told her I actually have one in my car can they use it and it be cheaper. She says no. I ask her if I don't get the cup is it cheaper, she says no. We'll of course give me the cup! I'm paying for it! Then I had to ask for my receipt.

I love smoothie king, but this location takes a really long time to get your order to you and they pack up certain ingredients early, so you can't order certain items after a certain time. The times they put things away are random and depends on who is closing.

This was my first trip to Smoothie King! I was quite impressed that I was greeted with a smile and all staff were very helpful in deciding my first smoothie! It was delicious! I highly recommend this Smoothie King.

Ordered online order for pickup and come to the location with the door closed 35 min before close. Had to wait additional 10 minutes for order I made 45 minutes before closing. Literally stuck in line for additional 15 minutes and cannot cancel the order. I understand you wanting to close the lobby early but maybe dont except online orders after 9? Just a thought

I absolutely love Smoothie King. I have arthritis in my ankle. So I figured why not try the collagen supplements and gut mobility supplements. They work! My gut is not as cranky as it used to be. The collagen helps with achy joints. The employees are wonderful. They do get busy in the mornings. I love the app. It works very well so I don’t have to wait as long. The drive-thru intercom has its moments depending on wet weather. And the donut shop is next door.

The only thing I find wrong is the wait is so long. Don’t try to go here on your lunch break Other than that it is good. Smoothies were off the chain.

They're better off being closed on Sunday. The two guys working kept a jabber-session between them while taking orders from the one car outside and on the phone while my teenaged son and I waited to order. Took them 7 minutes to acknowledge us and take his order, didn't even ask me, so I didn't offer my money. 15 minutes later left with one drink. Won't go back.
