Order took forever but they gave a free meal voucher. Server was great but the order was wrong. Burgers tasted horrible

They are always horribly slow at getting food out even when it’s simple food, tater tots and a burger and a drink should not take 20 to 25 minutes. That’s ridiculous.

My food was just the way I ordered and hit which is always a plus. Thanks for the night cook. Thanks to the young man that waited on me in the drive through window was very well mannered and had great customer service skills. The atmosphere gave, I’m here but I don’t really want to be. Overall I had a great experience night Tuesday night!

Normally my favorite place to grab mozzarella sticks and fries, but mozzarella sticks over cooked or were sitting out too long not sure. But 1 mistake I will still be back. Also need to remember to give the marinara cause

Stopped for breakfast yesterday, get to my destination and there is not a single remnant of meat, and a hair on the tomato inside of the burrito. I’m a tipper so I was very disappointed in the carelessness. Sonic can keep allll their food 🤢

Coney wasn’t edible. It was cold and didn’t taste good. Tried to get a refund for just my coney but they refused. Manager said because I didn’t have my whole order being returned and I had already eaten some of my coney they couldn’t do anything.
Getting food here is quick. Good prices and clean location.

Waited 20 minutes on my food. I only get a 30 minute lunch. The car next to me ordered after me a good 4 to 6 minutes and got her food before me. After it said on the screen my food was on its way it was 10 more minutes. I pressed the red button and no one would answer it. It was a burger #1 that was smashed , fries and a diet Dr pepper. Not satisfied today with service or food.
