Great hidden gem of 'frontera' style cooking with real mendoza, and traditional cuisine. The habanero sauce is a bit hot for adventurous tastes and the menudo is good but way spicy if you are not accustomed to the intensity of hot and spicy.Dietary restrictions: There is a way to get gluten free here.
Sometimes you just have to drive a bit to get something you really want... We drive a bit to get to E lPuerto Tampico. It is out of the way,looks like the service station it must have been once... and they make the best breakfast taco ever. I like the big flour tortilla stuffed, and I mean stuffed with scrambled eggs and bacon. Most people like to add potatoes. My husband likes beans and eggs. Fresh when ordered. Wrap in a napkin and on the road with your breakfast and so happy....read full review

Best little spot to have your breakfast. I had the #19.Chilaquiles. I like spicy, but this was over the top worth suffering for. Come try it. I’ll be back soon. Nice service too.
