I usually do not do reviews, but after I was persistently trying to be convinced that my children food was fresh I will. I ordered two chicken tenders wacky packs and the food was taking longer then expected; therefore, I certainly knew it will be fresh. I was certainly wrong. The chicken strips was freshly REDIPPED in the hot grease while the fries was scraps and warm. I don't know why they didn't use a little more sense to either give fresh fries or redip those also. I've worked in fast food over 10 years ago I can't be convinced food is fresh. Customer service is not priority anymore nor presentation. Next time don't lie and argue grant the refund and be better to the next customer. STAND ON INTEGRITY and treat people how you want to be treated goes a long way. They certainly would not have ate that or gave it to anybody in their family

The meat patty was dry and was likely already precooked and just sitting in the warming side of the grill because the burger was done before the jalapeño poppers.

The footlong chili cheese conies were light on the cheese and it took about 30 min but it was Christmas day and they were swamped. Considering the crowd at the time I was ok with the time and pleased with the food.

Arrived a little before 8:50 pm to the drive through on Monday, 10/23/2023. Says the store hours are until 9:30 pm. Sat at drive thru for a long time waiting. No one ever came to the intercom. Could tell there were people inside, and the employees were just standing there talking to each other and not doing anything. We could see them, but apparently they never saw us. After waiting for a while we left and went to What-a-burger across the street. Someone in management should have a talk with this night crew.

Are usual stop to fuel up before we get on the road. Thanks to I'm assuming was the managers I think they're names Lisa & crystal service 5 star, food 5 star!. This will be our go to snack stop before are daily commute to Dallas!."EDIT"... Stopped thru evening time after a long day quite busy as usual my order was correct and was created and treated properly. Only complaint I see was a few self pretentious customers whom thought they had priority over everyone and everything. Respect is earned not given!. If they're order came out wrong it could've been due to there attitude!. Once again Sonic on point for a late night dinner snack!. Keep up the good work and dont let a self righteous individual spoil it for everyone!

Arrived at 8:17 PM. Sat in the dining area while multiple customers who also didn’t receive their orders or the wrong orders. At 8:44 PM I asked the employees working what was the status of my order. They responded with they didn’t know and was not even started yet. Called management to discuss situation they told me I would have to have the same people who can’t cook a corn dog to try to figure out how to refund my money. Luckily corporate was as able to refund my money. Sonic as a corporation is not a bad company but I would not recommend going to this location.

A really sweet young lady was working, my receipt said her name was Mary Jane. She was super nice and very quick to get our order out, which I really appreciated considering my autistic son was with me. Thanks y'all!
This was actually Texas Smokehouse with a Sonic inside. We did not eat at Sonic. We ate at Texas Smokehouse, which I had a smoked brisket and jalepeno sausage sandwich which was awesome!Wheelchair accessibility: I am an above knee amputee and manuevering the parking lot was easy.

It was a cold rainy day and there was a Fire in the fireplace. My coworker wanted to set by the fire, lol. I like Sonic food anyway. Our service was quick. This Sonic is a good one.Parking: It's in the Texas Best building and the parking can be limited at times.
