Firstly, the drinks were great and made perfectly as ordered. The lost stars has nothing to do with the quality. We placed a mobile order that said it would ready at 5:22 pm. We sat in the parking lot for a few minutes, then swung through the drive thru at 5:21 pm. There was one person ahead of us and no one behind us.
