This location is hands down my fav! When I pull up, the ladies already know my drink! When im tired from work, they get me in a good mood and ready to tackle my evening! Definitely the best Starbucks!

Took my order to my truck at about 700pm, got back on the road, and my coffee was prepared wrong. Very upsetting as I had been driving for a while and was looking forward to a grande pike with half and half, steamed. Waste of $3.

This is by hands down one of the best stores that I have been to for Starbucks, always very courteous. Everything's always done right? And if it's not, they fix it quickly. It is probably the best Starbucks I've ever came across. And I have traveled from one side of the country to the other i go there almost daily to get my coffee. I will drive from the Other Side of Long View to Go to That Store Just to get my Coffee.

I didn't get their name but the person working the drive thru this Sunday around 1300 was sunshine in human form. She offered a suggestion when the drink my partner wanted was out of season (he loved it) and was just plain kind to me and my pups. I've never had a Starbucks employee be so warm. Plus our drinks and food tasted great. Will definitely be going back to this location.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited in a dozen different states. The equipment isn’t maintained properly so the espresso tastes horrible and then they’re not trained to handle multiple tour types of orders appropriately. Combine that with what appears to be closing the drive thru when they get behind and it’s a nightmare. I’ve given them at least 3 tries and finally I just stopped recognizing that as a Starbucks.

I never give Starbucks 5 stars, but this location merited it. Their machine is perfectly adjusted and the coffee is not bitter at all. That was a first for me at a Starbucks. The team was also courteous and brightened my day.
