It's the first time in that establishment since it was redone. Much cleaner, the staff was especially helpful. Great atmosphere!

Placed an app order at midnight. I know going in that the later you go the worse the service/food is but I had just worked a 10 hour shift on my day off and didn't care. I was hungry. Was told to back up in drive to help their drive time. Cool, I get it. No problem. Order took a little longer as cops were outside of the building im assuming to remove a customer from inside? Idk. My fries were old, cold, and hard. NONE of my items came with any sauce (the new chicken taco thing, the 3 melt flatbread, etc) those items are butt without the sauce, let's be real. I get it being late at night and maybe the sauce bottles weren't filled but I'd rather wait a few extra minutes to get sauce. I'm not even effecting your drive time either.. I work in the food industry, I get it but like... C'mon.

I ordered through DoorDash and did not get my cheesy gordita crunch and when I called the store to fix it, they did nothing about it. Terrible service.
We ordered two cantina tacos which looked terrible and tasted like they were cooked in old nasty grease, not to mention the taco shells looked like they through them on the ground. We were in a hurry or would’ve went back in. Tried calling and the phone just stays “busy” all night

Such a mixed bag of thoughts! Food is good, combos and nuggets are great and service is pretty good. But this place was dirty! Few customers, lunch rush over but still NO clean tables, the kiosk was greasy and gross and the floors were bad! The ladies bathroom was unusable . Too many Taco Bell locations in Longview are like this! Sad 🥺
