This location shuts off their fryers and grills an hour before close and only is willing to sell crunchy tacos and burritos. When I ask the clerk at the drive-through why they’re machines were off all she could tell me was that it was because they closed soon, several times ive encountered this. They even go as far as to making everything unavailable on the app to make online ordering unavailable. This store is a joke. And the general manager fools around with employees only to hold it over their heads later and use it as leverage. Someone should intervene.

We left. The girl started to take our order was basically done and was told she had to cancel and go to drive up And we had to order on kiosk.
I get you have to keep drive up moving but that was rude. We already quit going to white oak as got sick last time and service is getting lousy. So you have lost three customers permanently. And your food is too high for what you get. Anybody asks I will tell them not to go to any Taco Bell’s.

I ordered online and went through drive-thru, got home and realized a taco was missing, so I went back. No biggie, stuff happens. I went through again and let them know what happened, polite and smiling the whole time because.. it’s no biggie. The manager came and was immediately rude. I guess she thought she closed the window and I couldn’t hear them talking. I heard a couple of them talking about how the order was placed an hour ago (ordered at 10:38, drove to the store at 11 bc it was a big order, waited for food, drove home, drove back. So it was 11:40 by the time we got back) and that we were being ridiculous for coming back an hour later.
It could’ve been they thought we were trying to get free food bc it was an hour later, but they didn’t ask about it. The manager was unbelievably rude to my face, and acting like we were an inconvenience. This was PM, so nobody else was there. It was one taco, it was the only thing in the order that was mine, so of course I came back.
Customer service should be at the forefront. We come here regularly and it’s always just okay, but cheap! The customer service is always poor, and I couldn’t care less as long as I get my nacho fries, but this was uncalled for. I never leave bad reviews because I’ve worked fast food and I know everyone has a bad day, but I’m so disappointed.

I went to get the $7 lux box for dinner and when they were handed to me, they were cold because they had been sitting while the workers stood around and bullshitted so I asked for the manager so I could explain that my food was cold and all he said was we can remake it but it's going to come out the same way which means my food would still be cold. They just lost my business over this

Mexican pizza no red sauce means nooo red sauce not double red Sauce , taco Supremes means sour cream on the tacos , now I know y I very rarely go to Taco Bell , to expensive to be getting ur order wrong Everytime ?. Just toooo be treated like trash by a bunch of kids , and the kiosk ia should offer a paper receipt no I don't want Taco Bell having my phone number or my email so the only other selection was no receipt and since I have no receipt I'm screwed
