Went to this restaurant expecting a good experience. Walked in and was waiting patiently at the counter. When an employee got my attention from be hind me at the self order. A employee that mine you is on the clock and working drive through is standing in the lobby. And informs me the register are closed but I can use the self check out kiosk. So I politely informed her I’m not using that. Why is a paid employee not working the counter instead of helping people order on the kiosk. I already have to do this crap at Walmart I’m not going to do it at a fast food place to. And also I stood at the counter for a good 20 minutes before she even said anything to me.

This place is on my way to work so it would be nice if it was halfway decent. Been here twice, the first time I waited for about 5 minutes at the front before a woman on the line said "sir, we have drive through orders, you can either wait or use the kiosk." I dont have a problem with what she said, but the way she said it and the expression on her face expressed annoyance. I've worked hard jobs before and I can relate, but you have to cope with your frustrations better if you're going to work in the customer service industry. The next time I went to this location, was 10:30am, they straight up told me "sorry, we don't do breakfast"... Like what? Aren't there company policies about that kinda thing? I'm seeing more and more fast food places with mostly 1 star reviews. Regional management needs to step in and put someone else in charge.

This Taco Bell, like the cathedrals of old, is the heart of my community. I have been to this taco bell at all hours of the day, and no matter what time it is, the employees are consistently awesome and friendly; being patient with our loudness and large order. Everyone in this organization deserves a raise.
