I just left there I tried to order while I'm standing at the counter three employees look directly at me but they're all too busy how I don't know because the building had one customer in their eating and I exited out the building went to my vehicle and there was no one in drive-thru but yet no one came to the counter and offered to serve me so I walked out. Very rude unprofessional they need better employees

First time here and at this chain. I got a box meal and it was really good and lots of food. Taco, Chula, enchilada, rice, beans, chips and dip. About 10 bucks

I guess maybe I shouldāve read the reviews, I was just too damn hungry. Went to taco no Bueno! Cold tortillas that were cracked and falling apart probably 3 to 5 pieces of cube chicken sour cream was watery and when I tried to make a joke at the window Telling the young man that he pushed too many buttons cause my order was $15 for four little tacos, he was like what? I said never mind. I was just joking. Also, this also might as well be tomato sauce never again.

The food is pretty decent, but the employees aren't very friendly and seem miserable with their jobs. It needs to be cleaned and looks dirty.
I love finding pieces of the things I specifically ask to not have on my food, in every single bite of my food anyways. Not just a random piece of lettuce on my tacos, but enough to convince me that it was picked off.

Nasty place- hasnāt had deep cleaning in a very long time. No tea made, tables, floors, rest rooms nasty. Iād be ashamed to have this restaurant open for business!! Iāve been going to Taco Bueno since 1980! I usually love going. Not this trip! Gross!
