Ordered from 4th street, wings were not cooked well. The ranch dressing was chunky, clearly not made properly. I am concerned of management who is allowing this. Unsatisfied tonight.

service by the manager on duty tonight was disgraceful! I got yelled at told I couldn't have refund or my food that's when I got angry. you effed up my order to begin with! over charged me. then yelled at me without giving me anyproof of my refund you said you gave me.refused your name. Mr Sohail needs to rethink who he is letting run the store....

I'd give a 1/2 star if I could! The place smelled, and the chicken wings tasted like rotten fish. Tried a second time and the same thing. Don't go!!!

Too expensive for the tiny wings. Plus always having a super long wait and having any to-go order always messed up just isn't worth anyones time or money. It's usually delicious but the Longview store needs to be overhauled, including management.

Enjoyed my dinner of wings tonight after a long day at work! Was greeted by a friendly and courteous hostess - Yuvis. She made me laugh and did a great job bringing my order to my table. I normally don't take the time to post reviews but I was very thankful for having a delicious meal and having a caring individual provide excellent service!

Placed a order in excess of 60$, explained to the person who too my order that we needed ranch dipping sauce (and some extra). They took my order and gave me a specific time to come and pick it up. I went and got my order and guess what? NO ranch at all!!!! I have a house full of people waiting on food and another 30 minutes to drive back to the store to get my order.. I called and spoke to the manager (first it was a lady, then a man that I talked to). Neither would give me anything for the inconvenience, even after seeing the request for extra ranch on my ticket. They refused to give me fresh food, or anything other than the ranch. When I informed them I would be calling corporate the young man shrugged his shoulders and walked away...Businesses want you to support them in these times but their employees lack that type of enthusiasm!!!!

Flavors were okay, but the service was terrible. I waited 30 minutes for 2 orders, and then, even asking repeatedly for boneless to make sure they got it right, I got bone-in. And when I mentioned this to the lady at the counter, I got a "sorry." Ridiculous.

SMH called this location for a half hour but the line was busy. Walked in to order and there are 4 workers and only one dealing with one customer. Haven't heard the phone ring the whole time I was here, so they must have taken the phone off the hook. Not a friendly bunch, no wonder this location gets bad reviews.
The wings are delicious. The staff needs to be reminded that this is a NEW business and to tell customers their procedures..... ordered drinks online but drinks are actually prepared by customer, napkins must be picked up for orders, etc. As I said, the wings are delicious but McDonalds has no worries about them copying the French fries!!! This are terrible! Next time just order the wings.
