My wife did an online order that was supposed to be for a location close to our house, but was at one all the way across town. I sat at the supposed location for 20 minutes wondering what was up. Then I looked at the order and was mad at the order location. I called them and the food has been sitting there for 45 minutes. They gladly remade the order fresh for me with no questions asked. That's good customer relations right there!!!!!

It's a fast food joint, equal to Whataburger burger, and better than McDonald's.The Ghost pepper chicken ranch burger was good, a little mild for my enjoyment, but more than spicy for most people. Dining room was clean, if a little outdated.

We had to wait almost 5 mins before the cashier was told it was ok to start taking orders again. The kitchen had gotten behind on fries, so they paused services. The young cashier barely said anything to us, and when she did, we could hardly hear her. It was very frustrating. My burger came out wrong, but the chicken nuggets and fries were good and hot. The family that was ahead of us was loud and running around the restaurant, but they didn't bother us, so it was ok.

Picked up food for elderly parents 17 miles away. Baked potatoes were old and burned when they reheated them at restaurant. I asked manager "Darius" if he would feed them to his folks ? He decided to refund my money. But, too late to make that drive again. I want Mark Springer, owner to know about how his restaurant is being run.
