My main problem is with the Wendy's app. It is terrible. Not easy. Not intuitive. You are a national chain. Fix your app and make it user friendly. You've lost a lot of my business because of it.

Had a $2 off coupon that was good for two weeks. Decided to use it tonight and the girl at the first window ( Jan 20th, 2024 9:40 PM) was already rude when she opened the window. Handed her the receipt with the $2 off she scanned it a few times and said it wasn’t working. Asked her if she knew why it wasn’t said no and tired it again and said again it wasn’t working and so I asked for a manger to come and see why it wasn’t. Huffed and puffed with attitude and walked off and called for a manger she came up and she told her the issue guess she tried the same thing and then opened the window and asked if it was for a free burger and I said no it was for $2 off (as it says it BIG letters on the back) and she acted like it was such a big deal to walk back to the window to find out what the issue was .. they were both rudeWhen we got to the window to get our food it was said manager who handed it to us and my boyfriend told her thanks for taking care of that for us and she said uh huh and slammed the window closed

We just love the sweet middle aged lady that runs the drive thru! Especially my dog loves her, she has ruined him for me ever using the drive thru at ant other places.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap parking spots available as well as the extra wide door to make entering and exiting more easy!

Clean and the food was pretty normal for a Wendy's. The staff looked depressed but still did everything right.

Rude manager. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and patient, but did not seem to be enjoying his job, and I can't blame him, due to the lady that was his manager. She had the worst attitude. The Gilmer Rd. LONGVIEW, TX location did NOT honor their $5 Texas Biggie Bag marketing signage on the window as you walk into the building. They charged us more than $5 per Texas Biggie Bag, and when we asked about the sign outside, the manager came over with an attitude and said, "You have to take that up with my General Manager. We have gone up, and it's more than that now." Service was great from the guy at the register. But we know why there was NOBODY in the restaurant. Nobody wants to PAY for terrible/rude/unfriendly/unprofessional service at a restaurant. You can get food anywhere, and this place is not the place to go.

I had ordered a frosty and had one free. But when I had changed the bigger frosty for a smaller one for my child, the manager rang two up and wanted to charge me for two when one was free. This is not the only time that we have had problems with service. I'm just tired of it and want be back.

Food was good and fresh but the lady at the window has ZERO patience!! We've never eaten at Wendy's and we're slow in ordering and she was rushing us and finally said I'll skip that just go to the window smh and we explained we had questions regarding the food and condiments. She rudely said I just take orders ask the next window where you pick up the orders. Tanisha or however you spell it needs a class is Customer service!!

I visited 12-2-23 at 10:30 pm.I ordered 1 burger with no pickles and guess what I got.I ordered another with no cheese and guess what I got? All other food was cold. I asked how how many ounces were in a medium and large drink, the answer I got was “they’re pretty big”Terrible experience and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I hate complaining but the chick at the pick up window needs an attitude check to say the least. Didn't say a word and literally shoved the food at me. The young man at the order window was friendly but she shouldn't have a job.
