The man running the front counter on 2/14/2024 was rude to my wife I had asked to have Cajun seasoning on my wings and they put they seasoning and sauce my wife asked him about in a very rude way he said that’s what we wanted and and would not do anything to resolve the issue this was 10 out of the 20 wings we ordered

Day manager Very rude...I have been in business 40 yrs. Sometime logic needs to prevail. I ordered 40 wings to go and was told the night before that I had my choices of sauce enough for 40. Went in to pick them up and was only going to get 16 oz of sauce or less surely not enough for 40. Sometimes you can color outside the lines. Lost a $50 order won't be back there again.

The fries were cold & soggy. Called my order in & by the time the kids that supposed to work there got to me I had waited in line for at least 10 min. Only one register open. The kids were playing around like they were at a party.I ordered 6 wings, received 20 + 2 drinks. Not what I ordered. The 20 wings & cold soggy fries, & the service were all unprofessional. Don't think I will be back.

service by the manager on duty tonight was disgraceful! I got yelled at told I couldn't have refund or my food that's when I got angry. you effed up my order to begin with! over charged me. then yelled at me without giving me anyproof of my refund you said you gave me.refused your name. Mr Sohail needs to rethink who he is letting run the store....

Descent restaurant, but front counter needs 2 speak clear English. There was confusion on my dd order, and all they did was speak spanish 2 each other, and I didnt know what 2 tell my customers.
