“Love the freaky Friday cake; but the service sucks! If kids don’t want to work then they don’t need to because all they do is make the experience suck! Went in and got waited on by a tall skinny curly hair kid, I didn’t get his name but he was African American, he has an attitude the whole time, no friendliness at all and all I got was a 4 pack and he had no rush to make my order and I was the only one in there. Kids just gotta do better! I was there on tuesday.“

“I stopped here on my way to The Colony with my daughter's. It was a little busy when we went inside, but we were able to place our order fairly quick. We ordered jalepeno kolaches, apple fritters & some danishes. We received the order, went to our vehicle, and realized we didn't receive the kolaches, so we went through the drive-thru and ordered them. Again, we were able to order quickly & were on our way. The food was excellent, but the apple fritters were the best I've ever eaten. Will definitely return if I'm ever in the area. Gave service a 4 star rating since they forgot the kolaches when I ordered inside.“

“Diane and her crew do a fabulous job. We have a unique situation here at the new Graphic Packaging container board mill. We have used Hometown on three appreciation lunches that provide for our workers on a half hour lunch break! They were able to set up 10 serving lines to get all of our crews through in record times….with the last time being the biggest feeding nearly 1800 people! The food has been excellent and if you haven’t tried it yet, make sure to request her Red Velvet cake. Thanks again to Diane and her crew. As with your other flavors, this one was very moist. We have never had any issues back home, and this one did not disappoint either.“

“My son loves cookie cakes for his birthday. We recently moved to the area and could not order where we typically do back home. My husband and I just happened to be in the mall and decided to try GAC for his cake this year. We were not disappointed. My son’s birthday theme was capybaras, but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to make anything with that theme. The girl behind the counter asked if I had a photo of what I was thinking. I showed her the photo of the decorations. She asked another person who said she was sure someone could come up with something. They took a photo of my photo and took my number just in case. I didn’t receive any calls with an issue and was pleasantly surprised at how cute the cake turned out when I picked it up. My son loved it!! Thank you so much to the staff for making an unusual theme happen. The cake was also delicious! We will be back for more for sure!“
