Me and my family were in around 7pm July 15th. When our meal was coming out the lady delivering our food dropped my wife’s chimichanga all over her. The plate broke on her feet and Splattered food all over our us.The lady felt horrible and took her food off our bill. The manager never once came to make sure my wife was okay or even offer any kind of apology. I know Accidents happen, but this is unacceptable from a manager.

I deleted my last review on this place let me explain cause they actually do care about there customers the manager Mr.Phil made it right for us and let me tell you when they say they will.make it right for you they mean every word they say to you thank you so much for caring and for taking care of your customers making it right this is a great place to go have fun and eat 😊 its our daughter favorite place and thank you again 😊 God Bless you all just wanted to let everyone know they took care of it all and why i deleted my last review on them cause they made it right appreciate it you all again thank you we need more caring managers like you Mr.Phil that actually do right by his customers and restaurant..

I had a great time at copper with my friends and family. The service was a 10/10 and the food came out great. No errors or mistakes were made thanks to our great server RiAnn. She was kind, on her toes, and made sure we did not go without. We ate out sometime last week and most definitely will be making a return!
