I had a great time at copper with my friends and family. The service was a 10/10 and the food came out great. No errors or mistakes were made thanks to our great server RiAnn. She was kind, on her toes, and made sure we did not go without. We ate out sometime last week and most definitely will be making a return!

The food was beyond mediocre and entrees shown on the menu weren’t even available. A live bug crawled from one of my friends plates and the manager Tim was so so rude and disrespectful in handling the situation. We weren’t asking for a refund or anything just acknowledgement of that nasty thing . But he came out with the worst manners and customer service I’ve ever seen in Lubbock - Life even.
