Coffee is great, when they get it right. The constant asking for a tip is extremely annoying. The employee should hit no on the screen if that's your software, and if someone truly wants to leave you a tip, that's what the cup is for.
If this store is even slightly busy, it takes FOREVER to get your drinks. Today we waited 30 minutes with ten cars in line. Three cars drove up behind us, waited five minutes and left when nobody came out to take their order. It’s understandable to have bad days but the staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. 99% of my experiences have been great. On occasion things don't go so well. But the have the best coffee and many flavors to choose from and great variety of drinks. Majority of staff are friendly caring and fun.
