Oh man, I had the worst experience there! I do not recommend this location. The kids there taking orders are brats. I was second in line and the girl taking orders SKIPPED my car and even yelled at me for continuing to drive forward telling me "FOR FUTURE REFERENCE WE ZIG ZAG!". I was politely told her I was next and she skipped me but continued to yell at me saying who "SHE PICKS" continues forward. I asked for my debit card back and drove to The Quaker location. I knew when she saw my car and rolled her eyes I was not going to get a very nice service. I was so embarrassed. I had my parents with me. I told them how much I loved Dutch Bros. Luckily the Quaker location showed us a great experience!!!! I was so disappointed ?

99% of my experiences have been great. On occasion things don't go so well. But the have the best coffee and many flavors to choose from and great variety of drinks. Majority of staff are friendly caring and fun.

What's the point of doing 2 lane service if the person taking orders isn't going to work both lanes? She cleared out 1 side before taking the outer side. I was there before 2 cars. It's always this location
