Very disappointed in the quality and of the trio platter. Never will I ever order again from this place. The boneless chicken wings were more like tiny bites put in A queso container and they were all bread no chicken the tacos were awful.

Salad dressing was so awful could not eat my salad.
I have eaten st Applebee's for years. My boyfriend and I moved to Lubbock recently and this was our 1st time eating at this location. What a disappointment! The food was so bad we ended up leaving and had to go somewhere else to eat.

Sad to say, but Applebee's on 289 can do better. The restaurant was not very clean. There was a used diaper in the parking lot, very close to the main entrance. There was trash in the bushes. Inside the floor was not clean. There is dust pan across our table. Food was okay. The only thing that was great was Layla's service. She went above and beyond talking care of us.

Food was typical Applebee's. Alright....but there is this invention called a vacuum. Dirty dirty floors trash on the floors. Carpet should be replaced.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went there for the 2nd time since we moved to Lubbock 2 years ago and 2’times we stood in the doorway without being greeted or seated. We waited a few minutes, left and went next door to Outback where we were greeted and seated immediately. This is what we did last time too. Had bread and drinks in 5 minutes with a very pleasant server. Applebees was dirty and the tables were dirty. No one even looked at us. This is why your company is in trouble.
