Everything was wonderful! We had the fried oysters, California roll, and the Godzilla roll. Food and service were amazing!

Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi is a great restaurant in Lubbock, serving delicious and flavorful food. The spicy miso ramen and seafood ramen are particularly popular, with rich and tasty broths. The bento box and fire island roll are also terrific options. The staff, including the manager, are extremely friendly and welcoming, with some even singing to guests upon arrival. Overall, this restaurant offers an excellent dining experience with great food and service.
