“This is a very great Arby's. While in Lubbock TX I made it a point to come back again before I left for home in NM.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely the best. Wish I could remember the wonderful young lady that helped me. She was what made a bad day turn into a much better evening. Thank you young lady. When in Lubbock TX again I WILL stop by. Great customer service is hard to get now days.

“The young lady that's running that store. She did a fantastic job. Her and her cook were the only two working the entire store. That franchise owner should be ashamed. Two people working a big restaurant like that, and the lady at the front counter had to run both drive-thru and front counter. They need to get those poor people some help“
“I ordered a gyro tonight (12/14 a little before 7pm) and whoever made it seriously made it so pretty, like it was a picture straight off the menu board. Tasted great too had the perfect portion of everything. I’ve had a few over the years from various locations and they’ve always been a sloppy mess. 10/10“
