Bahama Buck's - Lubbock (Milwaukee Avenue)

Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes not understanding how it takes that long for three cars in front of me. when we get to the window the girl didn’t know what she was doing and then handed me the wrong snow cone and I told her that’s not correct and she said what did you have told her again. While waiting for the order to be corrected there was 4 employees just hanging around not doing anything no wonder the line doesn’t get anywhere.when we finally got it 10 minutes later it was still wrong. First time coming here definitely won’t come to this location or will probably just keep it to happy’s they get it right with great service every time.

Great place

They did a great job on my order yesterday, but sometimes it's not right. Examples being purchasing a large and getting a regular, or not the right flavors. We never mention the mistakes since we visit the drive thru and sometimes don't realize until we get home. I know if we told them it would get corrected. This is our main location and visit several times a week.

This was my first visit to Bahama Buck’s, and it was a great experience. The Avalanche Crew was friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations. We enjoyed relaxing and playing a game of Uno while savoring our sno cones—delicious and refreshing!

No syrup, and no sour sand.... I paid extra for the add-on on something that was completely bland and basically just ice. I didn't realize until I couldn't turn back around, pretty disappointed.

The absolute worst experience! Terrible customer service. My order sat by the window for at least five minutes while 4 employees were chatting and laughing! And what’s worse is I tipped these young ladies!! I’ll never go here again! Absolutely no syrup in the sno cone!

Good place to take family spring/summer / winter when you are wanting some shaved ice . Lots of variety to choose from. They have people who keep up Bahamas standards. Nice clean and friendly place.

In town visiting and my kids thought this was the coolest place ever. They loved the different drinks and flavors. The staff was as nice as can be. I only wish we had a Bahama Bucks closer to home.

Our family loves coming here. Today, Avery helped us and she went above and beyond, helping my daughter decide between her top 4 choices and letting my kids pick what color umbrella they wanted.
