Bahama Buck's - Lubbock (Milwaukee Avenue)

This was my first visit to Bahama Buck’s, and it was a great experience. The Avalanche Crew was friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations. We enjoyed relaxing and playing a game of Uno while savoring our sno cones—delicious and refreshing!

No syrup, and no sour sand.... I paid extra for the add-on on something that was completely bland and basically just ice. I didn't realize until I couldn't turn back around, pretty disappointed.

My snow cone was to white halfway had better

The absolute worst experience! Terrible customer service. My order sat by the window for at least five minutes while 4 employees were chatting and laughing! And what’s worse is I tipped these young ladies!! I’ll never go here again! Absolutely no syrup in the sno cone!

Good place to take family spring/summer / winter when you are wanting some shaved ice . Lots of variety to choose from. They have people who keep up Bahamas standards. Nice clean and friendly place.

In town visiting and my kids thought this was the coolest place ever. They loved the different drinks and flavors. The staff was as nice as can be. I only wish we had a Bahama Bucks closer to home.

Our family loves coming here. Today, Avery helped us and she went above and beyond, helping my daughter decide between her top 4 choices and letting my kids pick what color umbrella they wanted.

Hardest decision ever🤔🫣🫤🤪...what flavor to pick😬 Everything is delish😋yum.

Me and my daughter and 4 of my grands went on Saturday 8/17/24.
We went inside ( was around 3:00 pm). All the tables was dirty. The floors was so sticky…. You could feel it when you walked. The kitchen area was also dirty!
There was four people working. But not organized!! Did part of our order , then started another group. Was very slow. We will not be going again!

Last night, we did a snowcone run. My daughter was extremely happy with her snow-cone. However, it did not survive the way home. She spilled the entire thing in the back of the vehicle. We went back to get her a snow-cone and did not expect the person at the front window to remember us and she did. They gave her a free snow-cone & it absolutely made my daughter’s evening to be remembered. Thanks for the amazing service, this is why we always come back! ❤️

Maybe don’t block other businesses’ ability to do business for HOURS so you can do a “free snow cone” promotion.
