the service was really good, they asked to refill my drinks right away all the time, very friendly. sadly i cannot say the same for the steak. i ordered it medium rare, and it came out gray and mushy! it was not a good steak, and not worth the 18$. salad bar was ok though .

Not your ordinary steak house. You walk in order get your salad from the salad bar and wait for your steak to arrive at your table. We were in and out in about 35 minutes. Steak was fantastic cooked to perfection. Salad bar has a variety of choices. Try them out.

We Had a disgusting encounter with the owners daughter tonight. She was in our conversation at our table, she was micromanaging her Father's staff, bossing them around. She was thinking we were upset about the small to go boxes, which we weren't! She said we could talk to her Dad Bryan about his to go boxes. NO one had an attitude about the to go boxes but her. Then she butted into our conversation at our table again about the to go box, when that was not the topic of our conversation,. I had to ask her to get away from our table and she said to get out of "our" restaurant. You can clearly see this woman has NEVER had anything of her own and she is comfortable bossing her Father's Employee around. She should be ashamed of herself and needs to fix her over filled Bratz doll ridiculous lips. She looks as she is an IDIOT! We have come to this restaurant for quite sometime and have never had this kind of issue. If you ever had an encounter with her you know what I dealt with! I do not recommend this restaurant as long as she is at the front!

The "daughter" of the owner is a horrible person. Oh, and the food tastes like canned beef stew. Definitely skip this place. They don't deserve your money.
Tasted like an additive was used to tenderize the steak. I’ve ate lots of steak, this one I couldn’t finish. Good price, bad taste.

I've eaten at Bryan's for many years. It's the best steak ever. The salad bar is delicious. I've moved to Amarillo and still go back to Lubbock just to eat there. It's worth the 4 hr round trip.

Went to visit our daughter in Lubbock for Christmas and wanted to take her to dinner at a local place instead of a chain. This place did not disappoint. We had a delicious meal for three for under $50. The steaks were outstanding, the salad bar was fresh with lots of variety, and the staff were super friendly. I give Bryan's Steaks an A+!

We had dinner here tonight. We had Rib Eye and Ground Siriloin. They were excellent. Rib eye was very tender and cooked exactly right. Sirloin was tasty and perfectly cooked
