I originally had a less-than-great experience at Bubba’s 33, but I want to update my review after their quick and genuine follow-up. Marco, the Managing Partner, personally reached out to me, left a voicemail, and sent an email offering to make things right. He was professional and showed that they really care about their customers. They also provided a certificate as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate.

Things don’t always go perfectly, but their response...

Good food, good prices.
Atmosphere is loud, but it does have a sports bar vibe.
Dine in service is excellent.
Carry out service is terrible because it is almost nonexistent.
