I placed a DoorDash order and it’s been 30 minutes and I still haven’t gotten my order I’ve called the store multiple times and ig everyone there doesn’t know how to pick up a phone will never order here again and I highly doubt recommend that no one else orders from here again

They always mess the food order up. Either out of one thing or another! This go around I didn’t have cheese on my burger “paid $.75” for it and then didn’t get my sauces correct, and to top it off I had 2 soft serve cups that I paid for and I didn’t receive them either, but to compensate they gave me some chicken fries, because I totally wanted that extra food. Maybe another location will get it right but this establishment is going down the shitter

Every time I place an online order there are always issues.
This establishment is just absolutely embarrassing and it sucks because I literally LOVE burger King. But today was honestly the last straw. I will never come to this burger King again. Not only does it take ridiculously long (regular wait time 30 mins to 45 mins ON A SLOW DAY) not just one time but everytime we go. Today there was a manager, do not know his or her name but the rudeness was honestly astonishing. They're literally mad because they have to work and it's embarrassing. Would not recommend anyone to eat there everrrrrr.

Sometimes comedy writes itself. On the 30th I ordered and paid on the drive thru. After 11 minutes for 1 burger I couldn't wait any longer not wanting to be late for work. I left and returned later when a very friendly Mgr or employee not sure said I could return tomorrow as I had already eaten at my job. He was even courteous enough to write on my receipt that I would be in tomorrow. I returned and the store Mgr refused to honor the receipt and grilled me about why there wasn't a Mgr signature on the receipt. He informed me that I as in the customer needed to take it up with him. I have no clue what his name is or his shifts. To be interrogated and treated like a liar over a burger is mental. At this point I just want a refund. F the burger I just hope that someday I can track down the employee that this Mgr doesn't deserve and get my money back so I never have to return to this place
