I wish all the burger kings in lubbock could be good like this location. I live right by the one on 4th and that place is atrocious it will be closed down soon. The one on 19th not any better. I litterally drive all the way across town when I live by two just to eat at this location. It sucks having to do this. But if you want decent food and dont want to throw away money I guess you go where they havent failed. Thanks for being consistently good. I really appreciate it.

Did not appreciate the manager literally scoldin’ all the employees out loud for all to hear. Tell one employee another new employee a fella. he wasn’t gonna make it workin’ there. This was at 11am to 11:30 11/2/25. The others were doin good, she seemed to like to yell and her herself talk. Unprofessional period. Felt bad for everyone under her order

I pulled into Burger King about 15 minutes before closing — I felt terrible doing it, but I had just gotten off work and really needed something to eat. Despite the late hour, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone I interacted with — from the speaker to the drive-thru window — had a great attitude and made the experience feel welcoming. The place also looked spotless, which really stood out. Huge shout-out to Rocky at the window — you were awesome to talk to, and your positive energy made a long day feel a bit better. Y’all did a fantastic job. Please keep up the great work — even though customers might not say it often, that kind of positivity does matter. Thank you!

For some reason we went through the drive thru at 9:02 pm and nobody answered the speaker. We went around twice and we watched about 6 other vehicles attempted to order a well and nobody answered. I checked the hours on Google and it said they closed at 2am on Fridays and burger king confirmed those hours about 2 months ago. I even called but nobody answered. We drove up to the window we saw a lady washing dishes and tried to get her attention but no answer. The lunch crew has always been amazing so I thought the night crew would be too. I don't think it's safe for someone to work alone so that's concerning. I hope they do better.
This is by far the best Burger King I have ever been to the atmosphere was so clean the customer service was amazing and the food was right,fresh and fast thank you for a amazing job to this team

Me and my lady tried like 4 different times to leave a survey and it wouldn’t let us on the website. Wanted to tell you our experience there. Manager “Jeremie”!!!! He was so good to us. Gave us the best deal was super polite. I only go to this Burger King in Lubbock because it so many bad experiences at the otter ones here. “Jeremie and his team took care of us.” We will stay grateful and always return to this location.
