Have gone 3 times and waited 20mins in the drive through and received no service. Went for lunch once and the police were there because the store apparently never opened that day and were making sure everything was alright. Would give zero stars if I was able.

Just wow , the service was awful .waited 20 minutes for 1 combo and they got it wrong , waited another 10 for them to fix it. All the while the only two workers there , just spent all there time flirting . Done with burger King. Everyone is awful.

The inside of the store is always locked so you have to go through the drive thru. The lady that took my order was on her phone the whole time and got my order wrong. Very annoying to have to look through your entire order every time or get something you didn't order.

We showed up and the girl behind the counter is bad with communication . It took them up too 30 minutes to make our food and MADE IT WRONG. The inspector that was walking around the place was making nasty faces as if it’s a dirty place!The manager was carrying her self like as in she didn’t care about anybody or there food being messed up.The dude with the cross under his eye and tattoos on his face, was moving TOO slow and no one seemed too care.I don’t understand how they didn’t have patties already ready or food in general so it wouldn't take so long with orders.!! I WILLNEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

Got my order wrong two times. What made it worse was that the bun was cold. Would not recommend this location for lunch at all. If negative stars were an option they would be at a -5

We were the only customers in the facility, 1 vehicle at the drive thru window and we were not even acknowledged for a minimum 7 minutes while the “mgr” flirted with the guy at her window. There was 1 cook, & the manager only working. Instead of cleaning off tables, waiting on customers in the store, or helping out the cook she thought it was best to ignore all responsibilities and flirt instead.

I cannot say enough about the difference a new manager has made at this restaurant. The one taking orders was friendly. The same person was working drive-thru. She smiled and gave me an expertly made burger and thanked me for my business. It is hard to beat their burgers.

My experience was a 10/20 the food was amazing , they got my food to me . Yes it was a wait but they also explained that they ran out of meat and it was understandable. The staff was nice and respectful and were sorry about the wait . Most people wouldn’t care but this Burger King did , I would say make some more meat or have some more on hand but it’s ok , it’s life and things happen
