This place is a hidden GEM! This was the first time I was able to get my husband in there and he was blown away. To hear they may be closing is DEVASTATING. I don't know how people are not filling this place every hour on the hour. It is unlike any other restaurant in town. The food and the atmosphere feel more like an upscale Dallas experience.

Visited for the wine tasting and brunch, but was a little skeptical due to some reviews I had seen. We were blown away. The ambience is absolutely wonderful. Even when busy, the space feels airy. The musician they had really understood how to add to the vibe rather than take away from the experience. Loved him. Our server was wonderfully attentive and knew a bit about the wines. He had great suggestions. We ordered the chicken and waffle, cheesy grits, sausage, bacon, French toast and some kind of a spicy honey pizza. While nothing was life changing, everything was well made and beautiful... Just a bit overpriced. We ended up buying a bottle of Banna Sue as well, surprising us as we're usually red wine drinkers. The thing that bugs me most about this place is the upcharge for paying with a card. At such a nice place with prices that are already hard to swallow, the surcharge feels greedy. For our ticket of around $100, our additional charge was $4. So it's not even about the price... Like I said, it just feels like you're being nickel and dimed at yet another place when your ticket comes and you're faced with tax, tip, high prices and a surcharge for paying with a card vs cash. (And even if you tell your server in advance that you'll be paying with cash, check your ticket because we were still charged that extra amount and had to request it be taken off.) But that's the only thing I can complain about at all and it's a bit nitpicky. Everything else was lovely! Definitely recommend.

Party of 8 received prompt, curteous service. Food was very well presented and was enjoyed by all. Fine musical guitarist/vocalist was overwhelmed by the noise level due to the building construction even if restaurant was not at half capacity. Old edifice with at least 20ft ceiling and hard surfaces so not much to be done about noise. Party enjoyed the proprietary wine that was quite superior quality.

My wife's favorite place to eat in Lubbock. She is gluten-free and does not have many options that are truly gluten-free and take the time to ensure the food is safe. The quality of the food is incredible - I've had almost everything on the menu from pizza, fish, and steak, to their pastas and their sandwiches and they are all really wonderful. Their wine is also a perfect match to the elegant style of food; I've had the Cabernet Savion wines and they were both great. I highly recommend them if you have not yet been there.

Isaiah was friendly and engaging at Bucklee Hill Vineyards in Lubbock. He too is from San Antonio but is attending college in Lubbock. I had an enjoyable time during my 5 wine tasting experience.

It's always a pleasure having Sunday Brunch at Burklee Hill Vineyards. Facility is very inviting. Clean and welcoming. Good menu, and food is very good. Servers are friendly, courteous and professional.

I have been to the restaurant twice on Friday and had seen where Friday was $5.00 Frosee's. I have been charged full price both times...First waiter said he did not know about that and did not investigate further. The most recent visit, I questioned the price again. Our waitress asked! Thank you, Bella

5th time at Burklee Hill, each time has been a great experience. I've tried the Bruno pizza, the Roxie, their pastas and paired them with the red wines and their superb. Great ambiance, superior service, excellent food. Make your reservation now!

We’ve come several times, but this was our first time ordering to go, and it was just as good as in person!! Absolutely love their food and the atmosphere is amazing.

We visited Burklee Hill Vineyards for Sunday brunch. Our server, Isaiah, was attentive, kind, and kept a good pace without ever making us feel rushed. We had Burrata as an appetizer and were blown away. It was so good. The entrees were just as good, the menu had some very unique items, and the Blackberry Rose' Spritzer was a very refreshing twist on a brunch drink. I just wish I'd left some room to try dessert!

Great time with friends! We shared the Artichoke Schmear, which is delicious and very filling. My husband and I shared the Kress Burger, and he got sweet potato fries while I enjoyed a Harvest Salad. Bethany was an attentive server, and the evening was fun and delicious. I wish the red wines were priced a little lower. I feel my choice is limited because the wines by the glass are on the high side for Lubbock.

Everything was great. Only thing was the chair they gave me had a huge split piece and it ended up tearing my jeans and scratching my skin. The waiter did give me another chair, so I hope they removed/fixed it.
