I was looking for a Rosca, and the girls were kind enough to set one aside for me. When I got there the Rosca was set aside but it did not look fresh. Come to find out if was the last one, which was all mistreated. We made due with what we had.

Hands down the absolute best Panderia in Lubbock! They are so so soft and you can tell they are very freshly made! They even have these cute Concha Cupcakes, and they are so cute and so so good!!! Also, at the register, (if you are lucky enough to get some before they sell out) they have these brownish small cookies you can tell are coated in sugar and they are so delicious!!! On one side is a panderia/store and the other side is a dine in restaurant. The restaurant side is very clean & the food was so good! We visited the Panderia before but this was our first time visiting the restaurant side. They offer Menudo too which is what my husband and son got and they both said it was really good! Highly recommend you take a trip out there, you will NOT regret it!!

I went to buy some pan dulce and bollios, to my surprise they even had a restaurant ! So I also ordered some breakfast and I was very impressed sweet bread and breakfast a great combination!
