FIRE WHOEVER WAS WORKING DEC 13 2023! I have NEVER had any problems with Charley’s. It’s my favorite sub restaurant. But the two that were working were not only rude, they also made me wait so they could finish their food before I ordered. Then they were both wiping their noses with their hands and never washed them. And then my food was horrible. The meat was over cooked, no sauce at all, and the cheese wasn’t even warm let alone melted. Oh, and I literally watched him just throw all of it onto the bread so it was just a mess of meat and veggies. Horrible. FIRE THEM

For starters, when we walked up there was a “we’re closed” sign posted up with people in line. We saw 1 person standing there and the other lady eating food and immediately went to the back when more people walked up. We asked multiple times for help for us and the people in line. We were told they were getting the manager but she never came out to help or let us know what the hold up was. After someone finally came out to help there were 5 orders and Anyone barely working on the food. One of the workers told me the manager stays in the back mostly and washes dishes. It’s clear there is no leadership and no direction. I love the food here and I come to the mall only for Charlie’s so it’s disappointing to see it do so terrible. The last few visits have not been great. Please help this place.

No one works there. Have several employees but no one works. Ordered my sandwich lady took my money went to the back and l came out l15 minutes later eating an Oreo cookie. A younger kid tried to make my sandwich on bread that was on rollers for over 15 minutes toasting. No lettuce no peppers after my order no breadHorrible especially the day after thanksgiving

Arrived at 1:00 pm on Friday afternoon. One gentleman tool my order and money and promply left. The one man cooking finished the order ahead of me and left. No one else in the store. The phone number on the reciept does not beling to the company. How do I get a refund?

Absolutely horrible, I usually never leave reviews but this place has forced me to. I ordered online a cheesesteak, loaded fries with jalapenos and a sweet tea.I get there and wait at the counter with 2 workers just looking at me and ignoring me, after standing there for a while they yelled to someone in the back to come help me.They ended up being out of sweet tea and fries, no big deal except I had to ask them for something else to substitute the stuff they didn't have or they were just going to let me leave with just the cheesesteak. So I got a soda instead of the tea and chips instead of the fries, the chips are much cheaper than the loaded fries but oh well, I was just hoping the cheesesteak would be good considering I paid $17 for it some chips and a drink. It was a very sad excuse for a cheesesteak, just thrown together with chunky cheese, it was gross. I will never be eating there again and I suggest others dont either

Won't eat here again. I've come here multiple times and there's usually an issue. This time was the final straw. They made my sandwich, when I noticed it was made wrong, I told the guy. All he did was day "oh I didn't see it" and walked out. So I had to tell someone else but there was only 1 other person working at the register. I asked when they are gonna remake it because I needed to get back to work. Finally someone started making it. I asked if they needed to see the receipt so they got it right. She refused to look at it and remade the sandwich incorrectly AGAIN. I finally told them to look at the receipt and forced them to and they finally got it right. Then they got mad at me for being upset.Terrible customer service.
