Was charged on our food for something I didn't order. We had a long wait as well. Young man said I gave you this. Will probably not eat here again. Husband said the gizzard were not good. Too big . Didn't like the taste of them. Potato wedges dry. Was given my other two tenders instead of refund for what he charged me for and I did not ask for nor received upon payment .Didn't want to be a problem. Chester's chicken, wow all people like me need is a little common curiosity and some customer service. The employee on Sunday afternoon had either. To bad all I asked for was a large size of gizzards and I even said I had time to wait if he needed to make them. Tell or teach your employees about customer service
Dont ever eat here.the food was terrible the okra was so hard couldn't eat .mashed potatoes tasted like a cardboard box...and least to say chicken was nasty and for 10 a meal no drink included...I wouldn't even give it a 1..but had to just to leave a review.
