This restaurant has gone down hill since they opened back up. Food is still good. If you go at lunch it’s definitely express. But if you go in the evening it’s just chicken! There is absolutely nothing express about it. And it’s frustrating. Over 20 minute waits in the drive through. Just NOT express.

I wanted to share that the tea is not great at this location. I am not sure if the tea urns are not cleaned properly or if its old tea from previous day. Other than that the staff and food was great.

Overall, this was an incredible experience.
One of the ladies I believe she is the manager has amazing customer service.
I didn’t catch her name but she was so genuinely kind..
The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch. I will be back!
