I purchased a bowl with chicken and was barely given the proper serving size so I asked if they could give me more chicken and they literally added 3 extra pieces of chicken but then charged me for extra chicken. $4 for 3 pieces of chicken is wild. Then they charged me for guacamole and I didn’t get guacamole. The staff had no customer service.

Honestly, I have never been more disappointed in a Chipotle experience. Let’s start with walking in, one of the doors was already locked, and it was still an hour before closing.
When I walked in all I could hear was loud music coming from the back. It wasn’t clean music either; it was very vulgar and made me feel uncomfortable. When I approached the counter to order, the entire staff was playing some kind of trivia game. Even though I made my presence known, they continued playing and interrupted my order several times just to answer trivia questions.
When I went to pay, the cashier actually stopped mid-sentence while telling me my total to answer another trivia question. No one said “welcome in,” and no one said “have a good day.” I didn’t feel any hospitality at all, and the overall behavior was far from professional.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The employee who served me seemed visibly annoyed when I asked for certain items. The rice looked dry and was scraped from the bottom of the pan. The meat looked like it had been sitting in the hot well for several hours.
When I got home — mind you, I live only one mile away — my food was completely cold. The rice was hard, and the parts that were edible tasted burnt. The steak was cold, hard, and chewy. I tried two spoonfuls, hoping it would get better, but it didn’t. The second bite was even worse.
All this to say, I spent nearly thirty dollars on food that had clearly been sitting out for hours, and I was treated like a ghost while ordering it. I’ve loved Chipotle for years, but after this experience, I doubt I’ll ever return.

Today is my oldest son's birthday. He chose to eat here tonight because he loves Chipotle. Must say I'm very disappointed! All 3 bowls we ordered had literally 5 pieces of lettuce. One had the wrong rice in it. The burrito had wrong rice. The quesadilla was the only item decent. We ordered a Large chips with Large queso and Large guacamole. The chips had less than half the bag but marked as a Large. The queso was chunky and tasted spoiled. I didn't even allow the kids to eat it. We have never had an issue here until tonight. My son was very sad about his birthday dinner tonight!

I just left from there and I noticed the server that made my bowl did not change his gloves after he opened money drawer and messed with money gave me my change then went straight to serve another person without changing his gloves...

Great view and great food always, got double meat and guacamole. The view of the lake is amazing. Staff didn't want me to film which was weird first time that has happened to me at a Chipotle. Love the food but being told I couldn't leave a reveiw was little weird but I still love Chipotle

Every time I come here and spend my hard earned money either the rice isn’t cooked well or the servings are off and the salsa is so sour I can’t finish my meal I ask for a little bit of this and still gets the full sizing portions and the workers have attitudes I can say I only want a little of pico and it’s like they just don’t care and still put a lot and I just look at them like wow and I feeel as if I wanna walk out and leave the bowl but I don’t I don’t wanna stop eating chipotle but I’m on the verge of trying qdoba
