I’ve ordered 8 different items and they’re only gave me 4 wrong items instead. When I called they simply said that MY OTHER 4 ITEMS ARE STILL THERE AND THEYRE FORGOT TO PACK IT. No refund no nothing! Worst business

Ordered drive thru service was fast friendly. Paid $25 for mixed 12 piece got only legs and thighs, chicken was probably an hour or two under the light so I wouldn't say old but definitely not fresh. With the high price of fast food these days, franchise chains like these need to do a little better.

The workers at Church’s Chicken were perfectly fine, but let’s talk about the food. I ordered a 4-piece chicken combo, and after two bites, I felt like I was gnawing on a chemical-laden tire. Seriously, if I wanted that experience, I could have just wandered into the parking lot and found the nearest car to munch on!
I've never left a place faster in my life. I practically sprinted next door to Taco Bell because honestly, I’d rather risk a late-night bathroom emergency than let another piece of this so-called “chicken” come anywhere near my taste buds again. It was an experience I won’t soon forget—mostly because I’m trying to erase it from my memory! At this point, I can’t help but wonder if this place is just a front for a money laundering operation. Because nothing this gross and lifeless could survive on actual customers!

My food was cold and old they charged me for every little sauce because I already bought food you would figure like other churches you'd get dipping sauce for free but nope and then they charged me for 4 dipping sauce but only gave me too the lady at the window was rude and I gave my order at the speaker then had to give my whole order again at the window was not at all impressed I won't go there again
Got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and was told not to get the smaller sandwich since it tastes similar to a McChicken. The chicken was juicy and did not disappoint for a Texas Fast-food chain! The mashed potatoes & fries were great portion sizes & touches to the meal.
The manager on duty this evening is very rude and can't handle a busy atmosphere. I was told my order would be 15 more minutes after initially waiting 15 minutes after ordering it. I did mumble a word but so very quietly as i do have respect in communities. Then he told me if I didn't like that he can kick me out and get another driver for the delivery.After I told them I am not a delivery driver that the order is mine and in my wife's name, he said we'll I'll just cancel your order then. If your manager can't handle working in a kitchen, he doesn't need to be a manager. He was very rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills.
