I ordered a steak medium well. They brought me a rare steak. I sent it back, asked him to cook it to medium well and they brought it back, medium rare. When I explained it to the manager, he told me that I did not know the different cuts of a cow and that I should’ve ordered a different cut. We raise cattle, I know the cuts of a cow better than he does. They did not offer to give me a refund a discount or anything. I basically paid $40 for dog food.
This is one of the best steakhouses in Lubbock hands down. And the cheese melt is so good.
The food and service was amazing! Meadow was attentive and kind.
